Hi All,

Back again. Thanks to everyone who has been leaving comments!

This one took about a week, after work and the weekend.

Hope you like, as always, please critique.

--- Here is version 2. I changed the background to try and add more contrast between it and the monster. Also I added a little bit of a shadow to try to ground the people.

The anatomy of this piece is very good, I really like the hand pointing at the beasts face. However I think that the contrast in the "softness" of your brush is distracting. In addition to that I think that you could really make this great if you added some more complementary colors, I think it would really make it pop. I really like your figures positions, they show tons of action, but i think your background doesn't ground them. Maybe you could try to do like a solid color with just a touch of shadow. What i like most about this is your really strong focal point, the position of your figures and the detail of the beasts face (especially the mouth) really draw the viewer in.

Brave young lady.

Great character design, expression, anatomy and composition.

The guns look kind of primitive for fighting such a beast.

Good job.

Edit: I think this background is better. The dark colour of the beast needed a brighter background.

good sense of perspective and anatomy, but the coloring is too rough and smudgy. I think you shuold work with a better resolution, and try to make the colors more influenced one another.

The beaset is really well done!. I agree about the softness being a bit too pronounced. This is a good action pic.
