I had much trouble with her arm that is reaching across. If anybody can give me some pointers, I'd much appreciate!

Very nice character design! The anatomy it´s correct for your style, just check the legs, are a bit stranges. Keep working!

I think the head is a little bit too small, but that's the only error that really sticks out. As for the rest, I think it's all just tiny things. Keep practicing and you will improve, and I think you have a lot of potential, based on this

anatomy seems ok for me also the rioght arm just the fingers wouldn´t be spred away this far i think and the head seems a bit small
and ofcorse the coloring could need some more "smoothening"
also a shadow going away form us and not coming toeard us would giove some more feeling of depth
but i think i is a good base to work on
all the details and smoothing would come now

Nicely done, the colors could use some more variation - try darker and more saturated shading, especially in the skintones
